The host name assigned to the IP address in /etc/hosts on the Linux host where OceanStor BCManager is installed is not the same as that
obtained from the YaST control center.
Procedure
1.
Run yast to
access the YaST control page. Choose Network Devices > Network Settings.

2.
Select Hostname/DNS. Search for and record the correct
host name.

3.
Exit the YaST control page.
4.
Run vi /etc/hosts to
change the host name in the file to the host name found in step 2. Save the
changes and exit.

5.
Log in to the OceanStor
BCManager again.
Suggestion and Summary
