You can check the following items to rectify the fault:

1. Check whether the IP address of U1960 is correct.

2. Check whether the PC can ping the IP address of U1960.

3. Check whether the entered user name and account are correct.

If you forget the login password, reset the password to the initial password by referring to the Product Documentation. The initial password is Change_Me.

4.  The account and IP address are locked.

The user account and the IP address used in thelast login will be locked for 5 minutes after three consecutive failed loginattempts to the web self-service system or web management system. When locked,the user account cannot be used to log in to the web self-service system or webmanagement system, and the IP address cannot be used for web login even if anunlocked account is used.

If the account and IP address are locked, perform the following operations to unlock the account and IP address:

1. Log in to the LMT command tree and choose the Config mode.

2. In the command input area, enter config unlock webuser name username and click Execute.

This problem is caused by the password forgetting. After the password is reset, the problem is solved. Thank you for your reply.

Hi,
The solution is as follows:
1. Ensure that the HTTP function of the U1960 is enabled. If not, run the config http switch on command to enable it.
2. Upload the following four files to the U1960 using TFTP: webfile, webrootcrt, websrvcrt, and websrvkey.
