Hello, dear!

Please check the following tips and feedback to me.

  • Check whether the 8443 port is enabled.

  • Log in to the VCN server, and run the ps -ef|grep omu/omuportal command to check whether the omu/omuportal services status is ok.

  • Check the IE browser settings to confirm if there is a proxy server.

I am waiting for your feedback!

Best wishes!

1. Open the IE and choose Tools > InternetOptions.
2. On the Connections tab page, click LAN Settings.
3. Select Skip Proxy Server with Local Address.
4. Refresh the IE.
