[Problem Description]
The account cannot be created on the Uportal, failed to log in to the BMU web page.

[Analysis]
1. Analyze the BMU logs, the logs prompt that archiver error.
2. Log in to the oracle service to check the size of the archiver log.
a. Log in to the oracle service and switch to grid user.
b. Run the asmcmd lsdg command to check the space size of the archiver log. It is found that the available space of archive logs is only 10%.
