Issue Description
The eDC user cannot log in to the MRS recording system. A message is displayed, indicating that the user name or password is incorrect. but the eDC user can log in to the eDC,user account and the password is correct. The DC number is 50000

Handling Process
1. Check the MRS service status. All services are normal, and the web service is normal.

2. Query the recording number segment on the eMDC.

3. log in

to the eUDC, choose Networking > MRS Management > MRS Device. Check whether the eDC account (50000)is within the number segment.
Root Cause
The eMRS and managed number segments are not added to the eMRS in the eUDC networking. As a result, an error is reported when the eMRS is logged in to.
Solution
After the number segment corresponding to the MRS device and managed by the MRS is added on the MRS configuration page, the MRS recording system can be logged in to normally.


Suggestions
When the eMRS is deployed independently, the eMRS must be configured. When the eAPP610 (eMDC) is co-deployed with the eMRS, you do not need to configure the eMRS. When the eMRS is deployed independently, you need to configure the eMRS on the eUDC.
