Failed to Log In to a VM Using VNC

Hello, Community!

We login to a VM using VNC, but nothing is shown, like this:

After I queried case library, it's normal phenomenon. when you attached a vGPU on one VM, then the graphics display channel would be took over by vGPU, so the display channel of VNC is not available.

Now you can try to login it via RDP client.

which boot firmware did the VM use?
and did you attach special device on it?

Its’ window 10 LTSC x64, I am attaching a vGPU on it. I can view the desktop before I attached the vGPU on it.
