Issue Description：
The eMP fails to be installed in the Windows co-deployment scenario.
Possbile reason：
- In the co-deployment scenario, the setting of the is_install_GaussDB, _GaussDBAName, and _GaussDBAPassword parameters in the eMP installation configuration file is prone to errors, which is described in related documents.
- The eMP can be installed only after the EUA is installed. EUA installation failure and database errors affect eMP installation.
Solution :
Troubleshooting for cause 1:
1. View the /conf/config.properties configuration file in the installation directory.
2. Set the parameters correctly by referring to the installation guide.
Troubleshooting for cause 2:
1. Verify that the EUA services are properly started.
2. Reinstall the eMP after successful EUA installation.
