Troubleshooting

1. Import the custom device config file of the box-type transformer to the SmartLogger in the lab for verification.

2. Check whether the SmartLogger software version is too early.

3. Check whether the device information in the custom device config is correct.

4. Check whether the four remote control information is correctly configured in the custom device config.

 

Handling Procedure

1. Import the custom device config file of the box-type transformer to the SmartLogger in the lab. The result is "Import failed because the file is incorrect."

2. Check whether the SmartLogger software version is the latest version SPC040.

3. Check the device information settings in the custom device config table and ensure that the information is correct.

4.     Check the four-remote configuration in the custom device config. The following table lists the address of the customer's box-type transformer register and the box-type transformer configured point.

The remote control split and combined values are 0Xff00, which is in hexadecimal format. Change the split and combined values to 65280 (in decimal format), save the settings, and import the settings to the SmartLogger in the lab.

5.     Send the configuration table to the onsite engineers and import it to the SmartLogger. The import is successful, the fault is rectified.
