Hello, friend!
There are many reasons for this error. For details, see the following solutions:
Cause 1: The version of the component on which the installed client depends does not match the current version.
Solution: Install the .NET Framework 4.5 to 4.8 components on which the client depends. Download the .NET components from the Microsoft official website, install them, restart the OS, and try again.
Cause 2: Port 8886 on the local PC is disabled or occupied.
Solution: Check whether port 8886 is enabled or occupied. Enable the disabled 8886 port or release the occupied port.
Cause 3: The version of the installed client plug-in does not match the current system or the client plug-in is abnormal.
Solution: Re-install the plug-in. Click the link in the first message to download and install the latest plug-in. After the installation is complete, refresh the current page.
Cause 4: Necessary security patches are not installed for the current OS.
Solution: The local PC uses the required security patch (3042058) for the OS released before May 2015. After the installation is complete, restart the OS and try again.
Cause 5: The network is abnormal.
Solution: On an abnormal network, the client detection may fail due to the long time required for detection. Try to perform the operation when the network connection is normal or smooth.
Hope this helps!
