Issue Description
Customer Confirmed that he failed to create the RAID group on the IVS3800.
Vesion.V100R019C50SPC300.
Problem Analysis.
We fount that the Electronic Lable is incorrect so we modified it using Smart Kit tool.
Root Cause
the Electronic Lable is incorrect.
Solution
1. We downloaded the Smart Kit tool and added the Device.
2. We selected Elabel Modification.
3. We select Read as the below Picture :
4. Copy the Product Name field to Device Name Filed.
5. Then click change and check the IBMC information and you will find it’s modified.
6. Re-Create the RAID and it will created successfully.
