Failed to create am SSL connection due to an SSL Authentication Error

I have an SSL authentication error here, creating an AM SSL connection failed, the corresponding information is shown below, what should I do, please help me, thank you!

Hello Sir!

For the mentioned SSL error:

Possible causes

  • The network connection between the client and server is abnormal.

  • The client certificate is incorrect.

Troubleshooting method

  • Method 1: Check that the network connection between the client and the server is normal and try again later.

  • Method 2: If the vAG one-way authentication is enabled, check whether the client vAG certificate is correct.

Refer to 'Updating the vAG Certificate' and 'Importing the Root Certificate on Terminals' in the FusionAccessDesktop Solution V100R006C20 Feature Guide and check that the certificate imported by the terminal is the same as the terminal root certificate generated in the server.
