[Fault type] VM creation

[Keyword] DNS, domain, VM creation and renaming

[Applicable version] FusionAccess V100R005C10

[Description] VM fails to be created. A message is displayed indicating that renaming fails.

[Analysis]

The ITA vdesktop log contains the following information:
If the following information is displayed in the adUtils log, the AD communication is abnormal.
It is found that the address is incorrectly resolved after the AD domain name is pinged on the ITA server.

[Solution] Rectify the DNS.
