Failed to Create a Live Video Browsing or Video Wall Scenario
Symptom
When you choose on the Live Feed page after logging in to the eSpace IVS C/S client to create a live video browsing or video wall scenario, the operation fails.
Possible Cause
The temporary scenario information file for storing the scenario information about live video browsing or video wall is damaged.
Solution
Log in to the C/S client and go to C:\Users\Operating system account\AppData\Roaming\IVS\Server IP address\IVS_IVS account\. If you fail to create a live video browsing scenario, delete the ScenarioFavorite.xml file from the directory. When you fail to create a video wall scenario, delete the TVWallScenarioFavorite.xml file from the directory. Then log out of the C/S client.
Log in to the C/S client. Choose on the Live Feed page and create a live video browsing or video wall scenario again.
