Hi,

Since yesterday I have interruptions in communication between the inverter and the management system, then Fusionsolar displays the information - Disconnected. The connection request from the inverter software fails.The telnet command intl.fusionsolar.huawei.com 27250 from a computer on the same network as the inverter opens the connection, so this is not a problem on my lan. Are any work being carried out in the system?

Regards.

Hello, noogi.
You can confirm once again whether you can view SUN2000 data in Fusionsolar. When you encounter this kind of prompt showing disconnection, you can first check whether the communication line and the interface are disconnected or loose. If the communication line is intact, the network on the Fusionsolar server may fluctuate and the connection is disconnected. You can wait for a while to check whether it has been restored. If the connection is still disconnected after waiting for a while, the device may be faulty. You can contact the photovoltaic team for technical support.

Hello,

Possible causes

1- The ports on the SmartLogger are not connected to any devices, or the cables are loose, disconnected, or reversely connected.

2- The communications parameters are not correctly set, and the inverter address is beyond the search range preset on the SmartLogger.

3- The devices that cannot be detected automatically, such as the EMI and power meter, are not manually added.

Solutions

1- Check the RS485 cable connection. If it is loose, disconnected, or reversely connected, reconnect it securely and correctly.
2- Check the RS485 communications parameter settings. Ensure that the baud rate and communication address are set correctly and that the inverter address is within the search address range of the SmartLogger.
3- Manually add the devices that cannot be detected automatically, such as the EMI and power meter.
4- Contact Huawei technical support.
Thanks

I don't have SmartLogger.
SUN2000-6KTL-M0 connects itself to management system.

Hello,

please follow the below steps:

 - install (or update) the Fusion Solar APP (the necessary version is 2.3.7);

 - open the Fusion Solar APP and press the three dots (...) from the upper right corner and then press Device Commissioning Tool;

1

- connect locally to your inverter (Installer / Pass: 00000a), go to Device Maintenance / Upgrade Device and select SUN2000MAV100R001C00SPC107 firmware package / Upgrade / Confirm;

 - it will take 2-3 minutes and then inverter will restart, connect again locally to your inverter and go to Communication Configuration / Router Connection Settings and select your Wi-Fi network, input password and press Connect. It will take 10-20 sec to connect and it will prompt you that the connection succeeded;

 - go back to Communication Configuration / Management System Configuration, select intl.fusionsolar.huawei.com and press Connect. Again,  it will take 10-20 sec to connect and it will prompt you that the connection succeeded;

If everything is fine, go back to the main page of the application and check the status of the monitoring system (connectivity/cloud), see below:

I currently have software in the inverter: V100R001C00SPC120, does it mean that it is defective and should I upload an older version?
Interruptions in communication with the server are sporadic and now, for example, the connection is established.

I experienced the same situation since yesterday. Today i had no connection with FusionSolar. When I access my SUN2000 with the FusionHome app I see that all is working well and I see solar data. When I acces my SUN2000 installation via the FusionSolar app or web interface I see no data and disconnected status. Later today it recovered AND all solar data was visible again form sunrise until this moment.

Hello, BetterMing.
I'm monitoring my inverter directly in FusionHome app (connected to inverter WLAN by Device Commissioning Tool) and it is no connection lost with inverter and no interruptions in Power curve screen. Data are collected.

Just often lately, this app shows diconnection from management system and LED on wifi dongle blinking red. On FusionSolar web page and FusionSolar android APP my plant is in that moment disconnected.
I'm sure, that is no problem in my network - intl.fusionsolar.huawei.com adress on port 27250 is accessible from other computer.

It will be nice if Huawei will confirms that is something on their serwers network going and we can stop searching failure in our installations. Two days ago it was all good.
