The DND service cannot be configured on the Console, and the message "Operation failure: Incorrect setting" is displayed as the operation result in the operation log.
Possbile reason:
An attendant has configured the DND service for the same service duration, or the DND service duration overlays with that configured previously.
Solution :
On the Do Not Disturb page displayed on the SoftConsole, enter the number to search for related information, delete the DND service information configured for the number, and reconfigure the DND service for the number.
