The error cause is that the called number is not found. Perform the following steps to locate the fault:
Check whether the called number is registered with the SC. (Check whether the called number is in the SC registration list and whether the protocol of the registered number is the same as the call protocol.)
If the registration list does not contain the called number, check the cause of the registration failure.
If the called number exists in the registration list and the protocols are the same, check the called number change or search rule on the SC. Check whether the called number is changed due to a specific rule or the called number is not found due to a search rule. If the problem is caused by rules, modify the rules to resolve the problem.
