According to your feedback, it is preliminarily determined that the DEC6108 business password is incorrect.
The decoder can be registered with the iClient only after the business password is changed before delivery.
To change the DEC6108 service password, perform the following steps:
Log in to the DEC6108 WebUI.
On the home page of the decoder WebUI, click admin in the upper right corner.
Choose Change business password to change the DEC6108 business password.
