Failed to add the DEC6108

Hi, Team!

When I add a DEC6108 on the iClient, an error message is displayed, indicating that the connection fails.

The product information is as follows:

CloudIV3000 V100R019C20SPC300

DEC6108 V100R002C30SPC200.

Can you solve this annoying issue for me, please?

According to your feedback, it is preliminarily determined that the DEC6108 business password is incorrect.
The decoder can be registered with the iClient only after the business password is changed before delivery.
To change the DEC6108 service password, perform the following steps:
Log in to the DEC6108 WebUI.
On the home page of the decoder WebUI, click admin in the upper right corner.
Choose Change business password to change the DEC6108 business password.
Let me know if my solution works out for you.
