Failed to access the Web page suddenly

Hello everyone,

I have a Huawei switch: S1720-28GWR-4X. Sometimes, when configuring VLANs, I suddenly cannot access the web interface. I have to restore the VLANs to their default values. Then, switch to another computer and use it again. I don't know if there's firmware to upgrade? Is the latest firmware available? Thank you!

Hi Planck,
Please make sure the VLAN which IP address you are using to manage the switch related to is allowed when you configure the VLAN configuration.
For example, the IP address is configured in VLANIF 10, when you adjust the VLAN, make sure the interface your local PC connects to allow the VLAN 10 passing through. Else, the session will be cut off.
