Symptom:
When you press Enter after entering the IP address of an IPC in the
address box of Internet Explorer, the page shown in Figure 1 is
displayed. The login fails.

Step 1 Disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration on the Windows Server 2008.
Open Control Panel on the Windows Server 2008, choose Administrative Tools > Server Manager > Configure IE ESC. In the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration dialog box that is displayed, disable advanced security settings, as shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3. Figure 2 Disabling advanced security settings  Step 2 Check whether the fault is rectified.
Root Cause
The Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration option is enabled on the Windows Server 2008.
