Failed to access the cluster

This topic describes a solution for failed to access the cluster because the number of access devices reaches the maximum or a node is faulty.

Issue Description

While adding cameras to the cluster, the following alarm appears: 

Failed to access the cluster because the number of access devices reaches the maximum or a node is faulty

Handling Process

1. All the nodes in the cluster are normal.
   

2. There are two servers didn't reach the maximum yet for cameras number.

   
   

3. Checked the cameras used BW ( bit rate ) to check if cluster BW reached the maximum

Root Cause

Found most of the cameras are using (12200) bit rate

Solution

Perform either of the following methods: 

1. Reduce the bit rate for the cameras to be 4096, then add the cameras to the cluster.

2. Remove the cluster, add the cameras to the VCN which didn't reach the maximum for cameras yet , then create the cluster again.
