Failed license activation of eNodeB

1.1. Diagnostic

The license fails to be activated because the license is invalid after running of the ACT ELICENSE command.

1.2. Fault Cause

1. The version number in the license and the version number of the current site do not match.

2. The electrical serial number is not in the license.

3. The license expires.

1.3. Troubleshooting

1. Run the LST ELICENSE command to check whether the version number, expiration time and electrical serial number are correct.

2. Open the license application template and check whether the entries such as the version number, NE and expiration time are all specified correctly.
