Faild to start device

Hi,

i have installed eNSP application.
and when i try to turn on the router it gives me the below message:
Faild to start device-2669499-1

Hello there!


eNSP must be registered on VBox to be used, not VMware.

 
If your OS is Win10, please download VBox 5.2.12.


And if your OS is Win7, please download VBox 4.2.8.

eNSP must be registered on VBox to be used, not VMware.

 
If your OS is Win10, please download VBox 5.2.12.


And if your OS is Win7, please download VBox 4.2.8.

You should install vbox, it should be installed automatically with eNSP

This post was last edited by bng at 2018-05-23 05:11. Same issue, error code 40 on Windows 10 Pro. It works before. It seems to be after Windows updated to version 1803.

Tried reinstall VBox 5.2.12 and eNSP V100R002C00B510; tried uninstall both and install VBox that along with the installation of eNSP. Failed to resume a functioning eNSP in both case.

Please help!

May be the latest version of win10 and vbox compatibility issues! Try a few more vbox versions
