Your issue is complex, and you need to find the eDC developer to assist, so I suggest you contact the local TAC or global TAC.
If the eDC crashes during log inning, check whether the XXXX.dmp file is generated in the crashfile folder that in the logs directory of the installation directory. If yes, save the entire logs and pdb folder at the same level to the eDC development personnel. If no XXXX.dmp file is generated, find the process in the task manager, create a dump file, and save the file and the entire logs and pdb folder at the same level, then sent to the eDC developer.
