Hello, everyone. Today, I'd like to share with you how to handle the problem that the U200 Web LCT cannot log in to the NE.
If a user fails to log in to an NE using the iManager U2000 Web LCT.
The most likely reason is:
On the LCT Access Control tab page, LCT Access Control Switch for this NE is set to Disable Access.
Troubleshooting procedure:
1. Choose Administration > NE Security Management >NE Login Management from the main menu.
2. In the window that is displayed, click the LCT Access Control tab.
3. In the NE list, select the required NE and click
.
4. Select the NE and click Access Allowed, or right-click the NE and choose Access Allowed from the shortcut menu.

Extended knowledge
1. If the Web LCT requests to log in to an NE when the U2000 does not log in to the NE, the NE directly allows Web LCT to log in.
2. If the U2000 has already logged in to an NE and the Web LCT requests to log in, the NE determines whether to allow the Web LCT to log in based on the value of LCT Access Control Switch.
3. If the Web LCT has already logged in to an NE and the U2000 requests to log in, the U2000 directly logs in to the NE without affecting the logged-in Web LCT user.
4. If the U2000 and Web LCT have both logged in, set LCT Access Control Switch to Disable Access without affecting the logged-in Web LCT user.
