fail to add remote device, how to fix and check

pls refer this , Route Management –--add ----network segment route (need to add both side ),

1. Need to ping the gateway in all the storage side
2. In the firewall, need to enable 36061 and 3260
3. Check all the storage version, add remote device in newer side . for example : version is V3R6 and V3R3. Need to add remote device in V3R6 device

this is the basic steps, you can refer this and check
