Factory Reset

Dear User! you can try below steps and hope it can help:

Do not reset Huawei ONT's randomly. Otherwise, the ONT's may fail to access the Internet. If an ONT cannot access the Internet after a reset, contact your ISP.

Use either of the following methods to reset the Huawei ONT to its default settings:

1. Choose System Tools > Restore Default Configuration from the main menu on the web page and click Default.
2. Hold down the RESET button for at least 10 seconds to restart the ONT with factory settings

You can use one of the following methods to reset HG8010 to default:

1. Please log in to the web page of the device, in the navigation tree on the left, choose System Tools > Restore Default Configuration. In the pane on the right, click Default to restore the factory defaults,

2.Hold down the RESET button for at least 10 seconds to restart the ONT with factory settings.
