Factory reset Smart Logger 1000 (RESET PASSWORD WebUI)

My name is pedro

At the company I work for we have a smart logger 1000 and we work with Huawei inverters. We have had this -Smart Logger 1000- for 3 years and we have not used it for 2 and a half years. The engineer who operated this equipment does not remember the password for the WEBUI interface (Enspire). We have the password for Smart Logger access and parameterization, but even giving all the resets we found, it does not clear the WebUI password, which should be Changeme. How can we reset this password?

Hello, pedrohsenas.
◾The initial password is Changeme.
◾Use the initial password upon first power-on and change it immediately after login. Then, use the new password to log in again. To ensure account security, change the password periodically and keep the new password in mind. A password left unchanged for a long period of time may be stolen or cracked. If a password is lost, the device needs to be restored to its factory settings. In these cases, the user is liable for any loss caused to the PV plant.
◾If you enter incorrect passwords for five consecutive times in 5 minutes, your account will be locked out. You have to try again 10 minutes later.
