  Rewarded HiCoins: 1 (problem resolved)

I purchased a Huawei Mobile Wifi 3s, Cat 4 150mbs. I got it from Amazon as my provider (Vodafone in Ireland) does not offer a mobile wifi, only plug in ones. It was properly packaged and looks genuine, as I know sometimes Amazon products are counterfits.

However, the password on the device, on the inside of the back cover, does not work on any device I try to connect it to. Is there a way to find out what the actual password is? Is there a way to reset this password?

I would really appreciate help on this. Thanks in advance.

Hi MimiV,
You can restore factory settings in either of the following ways:
Method 1: When the Huawei Mobile Wi-Fi is powered on, open the rear cover of the product, and press and hold the Reset button until all indicators blink. Then release the button to restore factory settings and restart automatically.
Method 2: Log in to the management page, choose Advanced Settings > System > Factory Defaults, and touch Restore.
