Facing Error while adding visitor in fusionsolar

I am trying to add a visitor in my fusionsolar account as an installer. The visitor already had account on fusionsolar with same email address which i been trying to add. I want to give access to the visitor for plant monitoring.

You need to log in with the installer account to add permissions for this account in the user management. You can also use the power station sharing function to share power station monitoring information to this account.
