Facing an issue regarding cameras view in IVS

Hello guys,


For some piece of time I face an issue in IVS regarding the view of some types of cameras(ANPR and Dome). As camera ip ping is ok and also it showing on webview but offline in IVS. If anyone tell what sort of the issue it isor how I resolve it

Hi Usama103!

The camera displaying offline may have the following common possibilities:

1. The camera protocol parameters are not set.

Solution

Set the camera protocol parameters on the web page.

2. The sudden shutdown of the VCN server is due to an electricity cut-off that caused an unsynchronization between the IPC and the VCN500 server.

Solution

Log in to the VCN via SSH and restart the DCG service; then, all the IPC's will come online again on the IVS client.

3. IP address conflict. 

Solution

Change the IP of the camera to unuse one and add the camera. 

4. The power supply is faulty.

5. Network problems.
