BECOMING AN EXTERNAL MODERATOR

External Moderators are special external users who are active and have certain technical experience in the Community. They can be granted certain Community operation and management rights, while participating in routing maintenance and in-depth operation of the Forum alongside internal Community administrators.
WHO CAN BE AN EXTERNAL MODERATOR?
1. Any active user in the Community who has been in the Community for at least 3 months.
2. Any user with a good understanding and experience in a certain technology sector.
3. Any user who is willing to comply with the External Moderator behavior rules and to fulfil their responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS AFTER JOINING
1. Maintain the order within the Forum and handle violations in a timely manner.
2. Promote a good atmosphere for discussion and communication on the Forum.
3. Guide users to interact with each other and share product and/or technology-related content.
4. Recommend outstanding content to the internal administrators.
5. Collect users' feedback and suggestions during routine post scanning and direct them to the internal admins.
