Dear all!
Have a nice day!
Today I want to share with you the solution for external domain device state in the camera list not updated in Real-Time.
Symptom
An external domain stops sharing a device and the local domain synchronizes the directory. However, when a user refreshes the camera list on the Live Feed tab page of the eSpace IVS C/S client, the device no longer shared is still displayed in the camera list.
Possible Cause
The external domain selects an incorrect domain when stopping sharing the device; that is, the external domain does not stop sharing the device to the local domain, as shown in Figure 1.
Figure 1 Share Device tab page

Solution
Log in to the eSpace IVS C/S client of the local domain and choose Share Device > Device Sharing.
In the camera list on the left, check for the device no longer shared.
If the device is not found, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
If the device is found, the external domain does not stop sharing the device to the local domain. Go to the next step.
Log in to the eSpace IVS C/S client of the external domain and choose Share Device > Device Sharing.
Select the local domain and cancel the sharing of the device.
Log in to the OMU portal of the local domain and choose System Management > External Domain. Perform directory synchronization in External Domain List.
Log in to the eSpace IVS C/S client of the local domain and refresh Cameras on the Live Feed tab page. Then go to the next step.
Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
This is the solution, thanks for reading!
