Export the log files from NetEco1000S

This section describe how to export the logs file from Neteco for SUN2000 inverters and Smartlogger1000&2000 using installer account.

Procedure:

1. Login in Neteco

2. From the main page choose Maintenance-->Device Maintenance

3. In the PV plant tab wriet the plant name and Query

4. Select the inverter or Smartlogger that you want to export the logs file anc click on Operation tab obtain

5. After the Progress wil reach 100% select download the logs and will be automatically saved in your computer
