The high forwarding performance ensures the user experience of voice, data, and HD video services, and provides customers with an ideal all-optical access solution and future-oriented service support capability. In terms of reliability, it supports the SPI firewall and filtering based on MAC/IP/URL addresses. It supports 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz dual-channel Wi-Fi. The following figure shows detailed WLAN information.

Hello, friend! 1. Each ONT is oriented to different users and networking scenarios. There are no optimal devices. There are many appropriate device models. Select a device model based on your network requirements. 2. The maximum rate of the ONT described in the preceding document is tested in an experimental environment. Actually, the environment has a great impact on the wireless network. The maximum Wi-Fi rate is still determined by the network bandwidth of the device.

I wanted to hear experience. For exampler, with ONT 8245q2 I succesed to measure max 270Mbps on 5GHz, on about 1m from device. Without obstacles. Can I expect the same or higher speeds with this ONT?

Do you know the maximum bandwidth between the OLT and the ONT? The ONT rate needs to be measured based on the bandwidth. Of course, you need to make sure that there is no rate limit configuration.

The assigned ONT internet package is 350/350 Mbps. At a distance of 1m from the device on wifi at 5GHz without visible obstacles about 270Mbps. |
