Do you know if the software version for the expansion module must be the same on the IP telephone?

If the software version is different, can we have any trouble?

And, do you know if the expansion module has a sleep mode by itself?

hi Paola, please note that it is recomended to have the software versions the same or at least to be compatible with the one you have on the phone

About yout second question in order to put the expansion module on sleep mode you need to Press the programmable button on the expansion module for the phone and expansion module to enter sleep mode.
