① The capacity of the disk to be added must be greater than or equal to the capacity of the existing disk in the storage pool.
② Before capacity expansion, check whether the main memory cache ratio meets the capacity expansion requirements.
Cache capacity/ (New main storage capacity + Existing main storage capacity) ≥ Main storage cache ratio of the current storage pool
③ The difference between the number of disks on storage nodes in the resource pool cannot be greater than 2.
④ The difference between the number of disks on each storage node in the resource pool cannot be greater than 30%.
⑤ The CPU, memory, and disk slot distribution of new servers should be consistent.
You are advised to perform inspection and evaluation before capacity expansion and follow the high-risk change process for capacity expansion.
