Expanding port on Huawei Switch

Hello Dears


I have Huawei 24 port access switch and I want to expand the port by connecting it to old cisco access switch so what should I configuration should I use on the switchs so that the  end device(IP Phone) I connect  think it is connecting to the huawei access switch interface ?

Hi friend,

I think you are talking about Stack switching, if both switches were Huawei, it would be easy.
Since the second switch is Cisco, it is not possible to do it correctly.


But  if you want  the end device feel its connected to Huawei switch, you can configure the cisco switch as a Hub device "but not recommended at all"
