【problem description】
In the eLTE 4.0 scenario, udc full synchronization fails.
【possible Cause】
1. An FTP error occurs.
2. In the local device on the UDC, the connection status of the corresponding device is disconnected.
3. One physical NIC cannot have multiple IP address segments.
4. The NE is restarted.
【Check Method】
1. Check whether the status of the udc_ftp process is normal.
On the home page, choose Operation and Maintenance. The Configuration page is displayed. Click the Operation and Maintenance tab. The Operation and Maintenance tab page is displayed. In the navigation tree, choose System Monitor > Service to check whether the process status is Running.
2. Use the ping command with the source IP address on the UDC server.
"ping -I UDC The operation and maintenance IP address corresponds to the device IP". Check whether the IP address can be pinged.
3. On the UDC server, run the "ifconfig" command as the root user to check whether duplicate IP address segments are configured for each physical network adapter.
4. Log in to the operation and maintenance interface of the peer NE and check whether the service process is normal.
【Recovery Method】
1. If the udc_ftp process status is not Running, restart the service.
2. If the ping operation fails, check the transmission.
3. On the EAPP page, delete the IP address that causes the problem. Perform full synchronization after the retry.
4. Wait until the peer service is restarted. If the status is not running, start the service.
5. If the fault persists, contact huawei technical support.
