how can i open the ethernet ports of my router because they are not working

my router is HS8546V ....

I do not know whether you configure the routing mode or bridging mode.

If the routing mode is used, you need to bind the Ethernet port to the corresponding service.

 If the bridge mode is used, you need to configure the port on the OLT,
If you don't know which mode it is, please contact your local ISP.
