For the specific rate you use, contact your upper-level access site (such as the network provider) to query the actual rate.

I found the datasheet for HG8245Q2(Enterprise network universal model) for you.

Generally, the downstream rate of the ONT is much higher than the upstream rate.

But the pictogram you described is not normal. If multiple HG8245Qs are the same, the device is not faulty.

Please confirm your equipment source, whether it belongs to the operator's custom equipment because the functionality and performance of the customized version are limited.

GE port: Gigabit Ethernet(GE)

So, i confirm i have a 2.5gbe ethernet port on my pc, and now that we have confirmed HG8245Q2 has Gigabit ethernet port. I am using a CAT5 LAN cable, but still the speed shown is 100Mb on my card. i selected 2.5Gbps full duplex, then 1Gbps full duplex, but it doesnt increase. on the other hand in the router settings, i dont see a setting which allows it to change the speed settings for mac addresses.

your help is highly appreciated.

The HG8245Q2 has four GE ports, but the rate is lower than GE, for example, 100 Mbit/s. If you want to modify his rate, contact your network carriers to modify it. This parameter cannot be modified on the ONT web page.
