HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hello!

Since I set up my Linksys mesh velop system my pc and my ps4 that is connected to the main modem"Huawei" through ethernet keep getting internet disconnection for 5-10 seconds then reconnect and this is a big problem for online gaming so how do I fix this. I never had this problem before velop. I think velop make devices connecting to the main modem through ethernet to freeze for seconds then release and I don't know how to fix it

main modem is huawei HG8245Q
software version: V3R017C10S105
velop firmware 2.1.13.200506

ISP: mobily

Thank you!

Hello, friend!

The network topology is like that: PC----Velop----Huawei ONT.

Only after Velop connects to Huawei ONT, the disconnecting issue always occurs, so I think the reason is that velop incompatible with the ONT.

I do not know how the velop connect to the ONT, and I suggest you to use the cable to connect velop to ONT, Wi-Fi is not stable and solutions provided by different vendors may vary greatly.

In addition, the current ONT solution comes from Broadcom, which is one of the most widely used and widely used Wi-Fi solutions in the world.

If the fault persists, provide more complete information for fault locating.

Thanks!

My setup is: pc <----ethernet---- modem ----ethernet----> velop ---Wifi---> other devices
velop network is working but there's a 5-10 seconds disconnection happening to my pc and I cant locate the exact problem.
I tried making velop in bridge mode to avoid dhcp problems and also tried making a static ip for my pc but the problem didn't get solved.
