The main reason cause the timeout as following :

AP power down (you can check the the command display ap offline-record all/mac xxx)

AP and AC intermediate network is unstable or loop (generally like AP repeated dropped on the line)

AP failure does not contract, the switch can not learn the corresponding MAC

AP power supply is insufficient, the peer port negotiation rate is wrong
