Espace U1960s AT0 Trunk line configuration Issues (Outgoing all line busy" even all four lines are free.)

Hi, I hope you are doing well...


Need your quick Support.


I have configured the AT0 trunk completely and also testing.


1) every time when I make an outgoing call. "sorry all outgoing lines or busy" but all lines are free.


2) when from my mobile I dial the landline number configure on at0 trunk. it's forward the extension number I mentioned in the At0 trunk configuration. but when I pick up IP phone for one second it's connected and then ringing again. 


As may be the frequency are mismatched for dial and transmission tone. below are the screen short. i configured country, Saudi Arabia

but for china and UAE, it gives us the same frequencies as above. 

So, the issue is in this Section.


I need your swift response.

1. The frequency is automatically configured based on the required country SP.
2. If the U1900 uses the AT0 trunk, you are advised to check whether the ground cable is properly connected. Refer to the flattening document.
3. Check the grounding resistance.
4. Restart the device after grounding.
5. Contact the TAC.

Dear, i contacted the Local Provider company team came there and tests all landlines. It's working properly. But in the case of PBX the same issue. i will share the trunk configuration if you need...

If you have other questions about U19, please provide us the logs.

Establishing call and routed toward the pointed extension but when pickup for 1 sec and then ringing again. Also, Whenever i make outgoing call its replied "all Outgoing lines are busy"

The Issue was in the trunk line termination. if any faces this issue just check the termination of the trunk line in FXO termination it will work.

# Show board OSU slot "Slot Numer"

check here the states if its fault its mean that trunk line in FXO is not properly terminated or issue landline provider.

when the states are idle its means working fine.
