Since this is a third-party device, in many cases, Huawei cannot fully evaluate it. The full Huawei video surveillance solution is recommended.

1. What protocol do you use to access the IVS VCN3000?
2. Can the third-party camera be directly logged in to and query recordings?
3. Please provide the VCN logs and contact Hikvision engineers and Uniview engineers to solve the problem together.
