This topic describes the solution of eSpace IVS unable to display old videos.
Issue Description
Caracas location does not display recorded videos since January 15th.
IVS client version: V100R001C30SPC113
Error translation: There is no video registry

According to customer cameras were configured as:
25 days old to save records, video quality 720 p and 2 Mb.
Handing process
Remote connection to the customer and checked that even the storage seems to have space the cameras were not recording more than 17 days old videos.
25 days old configuration was properly set up at the IVS
Checked the camera record settings and found that the current bit rate configuration was set up for 4Mb in all cameras. not as 2 Mb as mentioned before.
Modify the current bit rate for cameras from 4Mb to 2Mb and confirm at the camera record properties.
The walkthrough was implemented and the issue was solved.
Root Cause
Cameras were recording with the wrong configuration: 4Mb
After modifying the camera's configuration, the problem was solved.
Solution
The camera has 2M configured, but actually the camera recording with 4M, so there is no space for more records.
