[Issue description]

The eSpace Desktop video call button is greyed out when the IP Phone Linkage is enabled.

[Issue solution]

If the linkage is enabled, eSpace desktop is not a client. It's used to control the IP phone (it is normal not to be able to make video calls from eSpace Desktop if the Linkage is enabled).
