What is the eSpace Desktop?
It is a type of office communications software developed by Huawei. It provides a wide array of functions, including presence status display, IM, audio communication, and data meeting, for highly efficient communications. It can also integrate other functions like email, and personal service management, which helps further improve work efficiency and OA satisfaction.
eSpace Desktop is a software that can be installed on the pc. ( It needs to be clarified that the eSpace Desktop does not support MAC) The GUI as below:

How Do I Obtain the eSpace Desktop Software?
For the new version, you can download the eSpace Desktop VXXXRXXXCXX.zip software directly.
How to install the eSpace Desktop?
Unzip the eSpace Desktop VXXXRXXXCXX.zip software to obtain the eSpace Desktop file.
Double-click the eSpace.exe.
Choose Install a new instances Detected.and click Next.
In the next box, choose the language and then click Next.
Click Next until the following box displays, and then choose the installation path and click Next.
Click Install.
When the following picture displays, the installation is finished.
Click Finish.
How to log in to the eSpace Desktop
The eSpace Desktop account and password are created by the administrator, you should ask the administrator for help.
