Users in two branches that are connected through the VPN cannot use eSpace Desktop to transfer files. The system displays messages indicating that the peer eSpace Desktop is unreachable.
Possbile reason：
1. The VPN firewall or switch disables the ping protocol.
2. The firewall of the server where eSpace Desktop is installed disables the ping protocol.
Solution :
1. Check the VPN firewall and switch. If the ping protocol is disabled, check the security policies of the site.
If the ping protocol is disabled according to security policies, users cannot use the eSpace Desktop to transfer files.
If no security policy requires the ping protocol to be disabled, reconfigure the firewall and switch to enable the ping protocol.
2. Check whether the ping protocol is disabled on server where the eSpace Desktops is installed.
If the firewall or antivirus software disables the ping protocol, reconfigure the firewall and software to enable the ping protocol.
If the ping protocol is enabled and eSpace Desktops can ping each other, no further operation is required.
