【Problem Description】:BMU can not syn from AD if account is deleted on AD
【Problem Analysis】:Before the BMU and AD are disconnected for four to five months, the old account directories are different. In addition, the AD has a junk bucket, which is the deleted account, then the AD synchronizes the data to the bmu. The BMU deletes the account from the synchronized trash bucket.
After four to five months, the old accounts are deleted from the trash can on the AD server. Therefore, the information deleted by the old accounts is not pushed to the BMU when being synchronized to the BMU.
【Root Cause】:the old accounts are deleted from the trash can on the AD server
【Solution Description】:
Solution
The Step1: exports all original accounts on the BMU.
Step2: Disable AD synchronization and delete all accounts on the BMU. (Or delete unnecessary accounts one by one.)
Step3: Enable AD synchronization and perform full synchronization.
The Step4: exports the new full synchronization account.
Step5: Select the account that has the UC permission and bound service number from the account table exported in step 1, and fill in the corresponding attribute values in the account table exported in step 4.
Step6: Compare the account table exported in step 1 with the account in the account table exported in step 4. Use the account table exported in step 1 and modify the account and its attributes in the account list exported in step 4. Ensure that the original account attributes of the customer remain unchanged before and after the operation.
