One oversea site, when try to configure VDN date source, system give below error:
1. Login NIS server with cti user, checking Aplogic connection status via MDS, it shows connected.
2. Verify oracle client, username and password, is correct.
3. Check Aplogic logs, and found below error messages, usually it have related to Oracle environment variables setting.
4. Login NIS server with oracle user, and verify “${ORACLE_HOME}” environment variables:
5. Login NIS server with cti user, check “.cshrc” configuration about “${ORACLE_HOME}” environment variables, and found is different above step result.
6. Modify “${ORACLE_HOME}” environment variables in “.cshrc” file, and then reboot Aplogic through MDS, then check Data source connection status in system monitor, it show normal.
